Led by Håkan Kvarnström, Head of the Group GRC team at Telia Company, you'll be part of a team committed to setting the standard and fostering a culture of trust and sustainable buiness.In this role you will develop and manage the execution of Telia Company’s risk and compliance program, frameworks, and processes in close cooperation with the supporting units and the line organizations throughout our markets in the Nordics and Baltics. As a part of our Group GRC team, you will help maintaining and strengthening a core culture where risk management, compliance and strong business ethics are central to everything we do.The role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Spearhead the development and execution of Telia Company's risk and compliance program, collaborating closely with Risk Management Coordinators and Risk Area Coordinators across our organization and assure alignment with our corporate objectives.
Monitor and enhance the operational efficiency of risk management processes company-wide, proactively identifying areas for refinement and proposing targeted improvement strategies, including oversight of risk assurance and risk appetite.
Facilitate engaging risk workshops and drive the strategic dialogue on risk appetite and material risks, as well as fostering collaboration and insight-sharing across the organization
Develop and uphold robust governance and policy frameworks, including the maintenance of group policies and essential group instructions
Coordinate and provide support for the development of internal control frameworks in critical risk areas
Support the implementation of comprehensive group-wide processes and cutting-edge tools for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) as well as cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders involved in risk management and GRC

Your ethical compass is of highest standard, and you include integrity in all aspects of your role, fostering trust and credibility within the organization.Professional experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), with expertise in governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control systems
Solid knowledge of GRC frameworks and standards such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27001, in combination with knowledge in various international and local regulatory requirements
Hands-on experience in implementing GRC-related standards and best practices, illustrating your ability to translate theory into effective, actionable strategies
Experience from working with GRC software and cutting-edge technology tools to optimize compliance processes
Experience from technical risks relevant to companies operating in the Telco, IT, and media sectors, including expertise in Network, Security, and IT domains is a plus
Relevant academic degree within Finance, Legal or equivalent as well as strong communication skills in English, oral & written
