Skilled and experience Senior Project Officer needed!Our State Gov client is seeking a Senior Project Officer for a 6 - 12 month role at Department of Fire and Emergency Services to assist in the Land and Buildings area.
The role will be supporting the Manager of Property Project with land identification, investigation and acquisition, land disposals and the Project Management of a new facility construction.Are you a skilled and experienced project officer ready to step in and hit the ground running? Our State Government client is seeking a Senior Project Officer to join their team for a 6-12 month engagement. This pivotal role will be focused on the Land and Buildings area, assisting in critical tasks such as land identification, investigation, and acquisition, as well as managing land disposals and overseeing the construction of a new facility.THE ROLE:Rate: Candidates will be put forward at a rate of their choosing dependant on experience
Hours: 38 hours/week
Start: ASAP
Location: Cockburn
Duration: 6 months initially (likely to be extended to 12 months from start date)
Type: temporary casual contractREQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Managing a program of related works,
  • Experience with managing consultants teams and stakeholders,
  • Experience with land acquisition, sales and developments
  • Preferred experience with change management processes and principles
  • Experience as a Project Management in construction
  • Knowledge or experience in land development and/planning.
