These range from confex style events to large scale exhibitions. Combining the new technologies and our ambitious growth plans – now is an exciting time to be joining both this portfolio and Clarion EventsWe are looking for a creative Senior Campaign Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing function. You will provide dedicated focus to one of our core brand and event offerings, working alongside our US partner’s marketing team to plan and execute end to end campaign delivery. You will bring strong campaign marketing experience and use this to create and deliver a clearly defined multi-channel marketing and communications plan with the expectation you will build a year-round offering which extends connections well beyond the physical event. You will enjoy working in a matrix environment with responsibility for delivering audiences whilst also working with sales to drive revenue from our products.To be successful it will be important you are a self-starter, someone adept at working on multiple projects at the same time and have an excellent communications style as you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities which you are allocated.Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing innovative and revenue-generating, multi-channel, marketing campaigns with collaboration from Campaign Manager, Event Director and the VP Head of Marketing from Foundation.
  • Supporting the integration and scaling of our platforms and tools with specific focus on campaign automation (Pardot) ensuring you provide targeted, tailored, and timely engagements.
  • Responsible for creation of all copy and content to support campaign requirements for the brands you work on, ensuring they are on brand, customer focused, and benefit led. Using this content first approach to scale consistent messaging across all channels including email, social, web, paid etc.
  • Execution of all social media marketing channels including providing a plan around key milestones and maximising in-house content for added engagement and delivering growth in-line with benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Supporting the introduction and testing of new technologies that nurture our customers’ needs, purpose and value, devising bespoke marketing campaigns to these customer groups.
  • Working closely with the portfolio’s sales team creating campaigns that enable them to meet their commercial objectives and KPIs and ensure conversion rates for MQLs to SQLs are managed, maintained and optimised.
RequirementsKnowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
  • You will have a proven track record of implementing successful and segmented campaigns.
  • Great copywriting skills, able to produce customer focused benefit led creative copy.
  • Good experience of current marketing technologies to maximise marketing effectiveness.
  • Good understanding of email campaigns and how to segment for automation.
  • Understanding of content marketing and the role it plays in brand building and year-round engagement.
  • Experience of working in a matrix, with good stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • B2B events experience a bonus but not requirement.
