- Ensure alignment to the AM strategy through helping define quality Objectives and Key results together with the CDIO AM streams and crews
- Support and manage the investment governance process from end-to-end, including the production of Quarter Business Reviews, working together with the most senior management within AM
- Ensure effective and efficient reporting and the smooth running of the performance management process, working with stream product and technology leads and their crews and pod members
- Support and undertake detailed analysis across the portfolio, including the review and development of business cases reviewing the costs and benefits of products
- Be curious and develop an extensive knowledge of the AM business - which ranges from funds management through to Hedge funds and takes in real-estate and a wide variety of product and client solutions
- Ensure the smooth running of a wide variety of large scale, highly complex initiatives/programs, which includes planning, execution, coordination, conflict resolution, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
- Manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
- Coordinate the Portfolio Management activities among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, etc
- Help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts
- Perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
- Have some experience of consulting, program or product management and be adept at working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks
- Understanding and several years of experience of financial products, client reporting and/or ESG related initiatives, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
- Stakeholder management with ability to build a network of trusted partners in a global organization and able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a challenging and fast-moving environment
- Highly driven and motivated with a desire to impact the organization
