The job requirements for this Billing Employee role are the following:

Participates and supports the full range of gas and electricity pricing operations.
Creates pricing packages and promotions.
Issues, monitors and verifies energy invoices sent to customers.
Handles written customer complaints about pricing issues through the CRM system.
It extracts data from the IEBS system, checks and compiles relevant reports. Communicates daily with the DIAS interbank system for direct debit customer orders. Registers daily metering data of Distribution Network Operators and records of municipal tax rates,
Checks in the context of securing electronic records and proof of compliance with . and communicates any errors thereof.
It communicates daily with HEDNO's IRIS system and imports data, municipal tax rate records and social pricing records. Issues and sends supply invoices to the Municipal authorities.
Monitors and controls gas and electricity customer measurement records.
Performs daily checks on the correctness of customer data transfer through information systems.
Participates in financial reporting and data protection audit teams as part of demonstrating compliance with SOX Control compliance.

The ideal candidate for the role of the Billing Employee should have the following:

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
Master’s degree in a related field will be highly appreciated.
Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
Knowledge of CRM systems, ERP.
Knowledge of accounting procedures.
Desired knowledge of IEBS (Integrated Energy Billing System).
Good knowledge of English.
