Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone (related to Life insurance and Group Medical insurnace)
Provide quality service and no sales target
Maintain good relationship with with customer
Maintain high-level service standards
Work Location: San Po Kong/ Kowloon Bay
With bank benefit: year-end bonus and medical insurance
Welcome candidates with inbound or outbound experience
Welcome Teller/ PBM/GBO/ Bank branch sales

Requirements:

HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holder (Passed in 5 subjucts including Chinese, English and Maths)
At least 1 year call center/ telesales experience
Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel
Proficient in spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
