Their approach to training couldn't be more well demonstrated by their growing number of homegrown partners.The RoleThe role will see you joining a strong and established team in the firms Manchester office where you will leverage existing relationships with clients to build the department.While the primary emphasis will be on commercial property, there are also chances to engage in residential and agricultural concerns. In addition to the usual Real Estate Disputes tasks like forfeiture, lease renewal, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, and rights of way, the team boasts nationally renowned experts in areas such as business rates, agricultural tenancies, telecommunications, and legal title indemnity insurance.This role comes with excellent prospects for the future including Partnership for those that want it.Requirements:
  • You will be a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor with NQ-4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • Experience gained in a leading Pensions team at a city or regional law firm
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role
