You will work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way aircraft operate, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.You will report directly to our Avionics Systems Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley) location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced avionics systems for Anthem FMS. You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the optimization of avionics systems. Your knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies will ensure that the avionics systems meet or exceed the required technical standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the design and development of advanced avionics systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and implementation
  • Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues
  • Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards
  • Conduct testing and validation of avionics systems
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

Hybrid 3 days in/2 days outYOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in avionics systems engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge in avionics systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
