- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, both with new clients and within the existing customer base.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain a customer database, including contact information and purchase history.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and sales orders.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
