TanggungjawabCustomer Engagement:
  • Actively engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, both with new clients and within the existing customer base.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain a customer database, including contact information and purchase history.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and sales orders.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
