- You will accurately support set up and launch of campaigns based on objectives with applied targeting, deals and creative assignment.
- You will monitor performance/pacing, reporting and optimization to ensure full delivery and campaign objectives are met.
- You will proactively identify and address performance concerns or escalate for support with technical and operational challenges..
- You will develop a deep knowledge of our current market specifics and our platform functionality to better support our clients.
- You will collaborate with multiple business departments to develop, improve, and optimize our strategy to meet technical challenges and evolve our product in a rapidly changing environment.
- You will have the opportunity to grow with Hivestack as the Programmatic DOOH sector and Hivestack rapidly expand.
- You will be part of the revolution of trading DOOH programmatically and become an expert around the technology, and data behind it.
- Hivestack will teach you about the different formats and tech used, and how those can be combined with location data to target messaging to audiences and demonstrate campaign performance .
- Because we build adtech, you'll gain a deep understanding of how things work, why they break and how to fix them.
- With customers located all over the globe, you'll learn how different countries work, grow your network of contacts, and experience the joy (and challenges) of working in multiple currencies and time zones.
- Required for this role is a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience
- 1-2 years in a similar role preferably in the adtech Industry, across Digital OOH or Mobile data analytics
- Solid knowledge of Excel and G-suite, as well as Salesforce, Jira /Atlassian are nice to have
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate product operations to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Known to be naturally proactive, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment with all our global offices
- Able to handle working with different time zones
- Highly organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
- The role requires the chosen individual to be fluent in English (spoken and written) in order to support our global team and clients
