Management of PR to PO process in Oracle system for new India entity
Responsible in monitoring Purchase Requisitions -manual and system generated.
Collaborate with Requestors and Vendors for request for quotations.
Communicate effectively with Business partners to answer inquiries related to process, system and purchases.
Manage and maintain vendor management system.
Assist in verifying vendor information.
Assist in maintaining procurement documentations.
Identifies process improvement opportunities in Procurement.
Ad hoc tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or relevant field.
With minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Purchasing.
Self-driven and can work independently.
With strong communication skills.
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Background in Oracle system is a plus.
