- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance activities.
- Regularly inspect the facility to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs.

- Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects within budgetary constraints
- Act as a liaison between management and the maintenance team to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate maintenance priorities and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management to develop the annual maintenance budget.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
- Recruit, train, and onboard maintenance personnel to meet operational needs.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment performance data, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience 5plus years in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in maintenance operations.
