Our client urgently seeks a Sales Executive for their Washroom Hygiene Division in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role entails B2B and B2C sales, managing territories, and establishing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must possess a UAE Driving License, a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 2 years of UAE sales experience in the same industry.Job Responsibilities:
- Territory and time management for assigned customers/area.
- Listen to customer requirements and present solutions appropriately for sales.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries promptly.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its markets, both existing and potential.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
- Gather market and customer information.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Overcome objections and persuade customers to purchase.
- Advise on product developments and discuss special promotions.
- Assist in creating detailed proposal documents and providing timely quotations.
- Make accurate cost calculations and ensure timely quotations.
- Liaise with the sales coordinator to monitor existing/pending orders.
- Ensure timely collections to avoid bad debts for assigned customers.
- Review and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand customers' businesses and requirements.
- Provide feedback on current/future trends to the division/sales manager.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- UAE Driving License holder.
- Bachelor's degree graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C UAE sales experience in the Washroom Hygiene industry.
