Provide key artistry and education direction and input for all EMEA programs. Lead, inspire and develop Educators and Artists in the EMEA region. Collaborate strongly across functions (Marketing, Retail, Commercial) at regional and affiliates level to ensure proper deployment and execution of the Education priorities.Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Collaborate with the Global Education team to adapt and develop locally relevant content across all platforms— eLearning, classroom, DS & specialty/multi & perfumery content
  • Take data and consumer insights into account as well as retailers needs and communicate to Global Education
  • Ensure we meet the needs of our different markets and channels, from fully-dedicated teams, to retailers generic staff – adapting the content of our education materials to various audiences
  • Feed on a regular basis Global Education team in order to share EMEA specific needs and best practices.
2. Implement the Education Strategy in EMEA via local branded and/or corporate teams
  • Communicate and cascade education strategy to EMEA affiliates Education Managers— launch and sustain regional communication strategy to support Education Managers, share and scale best practices, provide updates and measures of engagement.
  • Be an active partner with Global and Local Education teams to deploy learning tools.
  • Ensure that we recruit and maintain the right Education talent across the EMEA affiliates.
  • Responsible for the induction and continuous training of the Education Managers and trainers at the EMEA affiliates (TTT).
  • Special focus on ME, Italy, Germany and France as priority markets – as well as priority emerging markets (India, Turkey) to unlock growth opportunities
3. Collaborate with consumer engagement to build plan and roadmap in order to leverage our make-up artists and our BAs as strong brand advocates.
  • Be technically and socially savvy and spread to local teams.
  • Design locally relevant educational video content to drive regional strategy and local priorities.
  • Help designing regional and local strategy for consumer facing education content.
4. Partner with PR to support Global and local PR events. As such, develop relevant presentation and necessary programs and Education material answering PR and brand objectives.5. Partner with Retail to support execution of eventing with key retailers and help with implementation: train local teams or animate locally when Flagship animation or Key Bets country or launch.DescriptionExpectations
  • Ensure effective communication with Global Education.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on EMEA regional team to drive regional and global brand strategy. Especially consumer engagement and product teams.
  • Set clear expectations with EMEA Education Managers and translate business objectives into education needs by understanding the business priorities and its implication on the field selling approach.
  • Be aware of brand performance in the region and affiliates’ results and demonstrate agility to adjust education/retail experience strategy in low performance moments.
  • Deploy all digital Education and Retail Experience tools with excellence.
  • Support Affiliate Education Managers with any locally relevant content needs and implement education calendars and artistry development. Ensure consistency in local execution and delivery of key brand messaging and programs.
  • Competent knowledge of current digital trends to include in training content and with field teams.
  • Have a good knowledge about Retail and be able to engage BA’s and consumers.
