- Open new business with new and existing customers.
- Identify/close/deliver opportunities related to Managed and Transformation services.
- Build hunting strategy and roadmap with clear identification of potential targets for each new account or new buying center with existing customers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities that align to the organization's strategic focus.
- Develop effective relationships with C-suite leaders across customer’s organizations.
- Develop a good understanding on how to set up operational processes and approaches that help optimize the pursuit of a customer and engagement strategy.
- Understand the marketplace and the competitor offerings and provide market intelligence for building the proposals.
- Drive cross-selling of all Neo Tangent offerings and strategic sales initiatives for higher-growth penetration.
- Build reputation as a trusted advisor with Business leaders by developing a clear understanding of customer’s strategic goals, pain areas and market opportunities.
- Lead the development of long-term relationships with new and existing clients through effective planning, execution, and value creation.
- Understand how to leverage Digital, Domain, and Data-Tech-AI as the ‘hook’ with the customers instead of just traditional BPO services.
- Facilitate the commercial construct by using Neo Tangent’s commercial models and negotiation of an opportunity which leads to the value generation.
- Partner with advisory and analyst organizations to cultivate channels and relationships.
- Proven experience of handling client relationships at large global companies.
- Experience of leading and closing end-to-end deals.
- Relevant years of business/segment / industry expertise.
- Proven experience of selling BPO, Digital, Consulting services
- Sound financial & commercial business understanding and knowledge of pricing constructs in deal pursuits.
- Proven experience of acquiring new business / accounts / buying centers within professional services sector.
- Effectively envision, construct, and communicate a compelling story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Ability to see the big picture of the customer's business objectives, competitive industry and connect to Neo Tangent’s ability to support.
- Is a self-starter who is comfortable taking charge and building their own path to succeed.
- Ability to uncover the business and personal agendas that drive individuals at the customer’s organization and navigate the political landscape and influence decisions.
- Has tolerance for ambiguity, is at ease with change, and can navigate quickly.
- Relates openly and easily with diverse groups of people and cultures.
- Develops and delivers multi-mode communication that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

- The approximate annual base salary for this position starts $150,000.00 with the final offer contingent upon role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
