- Serve as the day-to-day senior leader of one (or more) key Octagon client accounts, creating and fostering relationships with senior client leaders as the trusted advisor and driving new initiatives
- Lead the brands biggest sponsorship property - collaborating with strategy, production and creative teams to create integrated solutions that drive business results. This will include negotiating and managing senior colleagues at both the client and rightsholder
- Develop sophisticated integrated marketing programs for our clients and lead project teams in producing programs for the assigned clients
- Lead from the front with a 'can do' attitude and proactive ownership of projects and process, upholding the highest quality standards, both in service and deliverables
- Lead the account team which includes leading client status meetings, managing programming tracking documents, developing informative & thoughtful POVs, crafting insightful wrap-up reports that will advise sensible marketing plans and real-time campaign improvements, and strategic budget management capabilities
- Be the main integrator between the client, their other agency partners and our internal specialty disciplines
- Develop sell in decks, presentations, POV, insights and result reports to be presented to internal and external audiences
- Cultivate and manage relationships with current clients independently
- Manage multiple projects on a daily basis, with a proactive approach to solve client problems & be able to recommend solutions in real-time
- Independently lead team, with clear assignment of tasks and deadlines
- Capability and comfort in overseeing and driving large budgets, showing excellence of financial management
- Create and inspire internal team to deliver best in class client responses
- 10 - 12+ years of relevant experience
- Have a passion and knowledge of the sport and entertainment industry
- Experienced in leading complex cross-functional projects (inclusive of brand, digital, media, communications, and product streams) across diverse APAC markets
- Experience in partnerships (in any category, traditional or media) or in sports, gaming, or entertainment
- Extensive experience of owning and growing positive and effective relationships with senior client stakeholders, resulting in account growth and evolution; ability to cultivate strong relationships with staff, other internal stakeholders, vendors and partners
- Exceptional attention to detail, alongside organisational, time and project management skills
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and offer a strong, collaborative and constructive presence and personality in client and internal meetings - communicating with conviction, enthusiasm and confidence
- Ability to balance multiple sophisticated tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to quickly become knowledgeable on our clients' industry, brand and product offerings
