- Overseeing execution of capacity planning processes resulting in alignment across multiple stakeholders to develop infrastructure capacity plans for the delivery of data center space and power.
- Demonstrating tactical and strategic thinking and applying high judgement to scenario modelling to inform capacity plans for data centre supply.
- Developing and reviewing metrics and assessing performance against targets to identify improvement plans to close gaps.
- Diving deep into planning models to identify risks and opportunities for region health and resolving constraints by negotiating across demand and supply owners.
- Identifying opportunities to invent and simplify processes, identify business risks and implement resolutions and scalable mechanisms.
- Communicating ideas concisely to a wide variety of stakeholders for purposes ranging from informative to need for approvals from executives.
- Thriving and succeed in an entrepreneurial and very busy environment.
- Managing competing priorities under ambiguity.

- 5+ years of capacity planning, production planning, operations planning, or inventory planning experience.
- Experience with process improvement, systems development, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills; can handle, synthesize and analyse large data sets, draw out and then communicate insights through concise, written documents
- Demonstrated strength in data analytics, Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Bachelors degree in statistics, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau.
- Data center planning, technologies or operations experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use data (including SQL) and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
