Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Operation Executive.In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate should have Excellent communication skills, a strong attention to collect, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities *Follow up on accounts to find outstanding debts *Analyse background information for each loan or bill. *Identify and communicate with clients to inquire about any past-due payments. *Take steps to encourage prompt debt repayment. *Prepare refunds and payments *Address billing and credit problems with customers. *Update account information and updates in records and efforts at collection *Report on the accounts receivable status and collection activity *Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. *Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. *Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. *Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. *Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
