- Oversee and manage the contracting with Partners from Partner application through agreement negotiation to contract execution.
- Collaborate with the Legal Counsel to develop and implement standard and custom Partner Business terms into Partner Agreements. Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Own the Partner Database including partner authorizations and compensation details, the ERP and other applicable system entries, and the partner (profile) data hygiene with attention to detail to ensure correct status updates and reporting for Partner status, Partner performance, and more Partner relationship insights.
- Communicate new partners and partner terminations cross-organizationally to the relevant business process functions.
- Work closely with finance to ensure accurate tracking and processing of partner revenues, incentives, commissions, and payments.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of partner programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and Partners, addressing operational inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Act as an Expert for Partner Program Operations internally, addressing operational inquiries from other parts of the organization and within the team and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to partner program operations to stay competitive by implementing innovations that benefit both Bentley and Partner.
- Partner Contract Creation, Negotiation, Management, and Execution
- Build, maintain, and elevate Partner relationships through Partner enablement and operational support.
- Professional and timely response to Partner queries.
- 3 + years of experience working in a (Channel) Partner Sales Support or Sales Management role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract (revision)-management and execution; experience in working with the Legal Counsel in implementation and negotiation of business terms.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, Portuguese is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills internally at all organizational levels cross-organizationally, and externally in the Partner Ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to use your initiative to identify and progress issues for Partners.
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in working in a matrixed and multicultural organization.
- Excel and ERP experience for contract data management
- BS/BA Degree or relevant training and experience is preferred.
- Experience implementing and adapting new or changed business processes and workflows is desired.
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, remote-based or hybrid in Mexico.
