- Generate business with new customers in the assigned sales territory and develop them to corporate accounts.
- Define opportunities for growth in the food service sector of the packaging industry.
- Build in-depth relationships throughout customers' organizations.
- Develop a network of independent sales reps in the assigned regions.
- Provide regular weekly, monthly or other assigned reports as requested.
- Represent the Company at trade shows and industry events when required.
- Minimum of 15+ years' experience selling packaging for food service applications.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in calling on distributors such as Imperial Dade, Sysco, US Fords or selling for the distributors and calling on the Supermarket Chains and / or other companies for to-go containers.
- Working knowledge of materials utilized in this market.
- Experience with CRM programs such as Salesforce/Microsoft CRM.
- Demonstrated track record of profitable sales.
- Track record of building in-depth relationships with customers.
- Ability to work remote and meet with customers face to face on a regular basis.
- Motivated and Energetic. Hunter mentality.
- Very good in presentation and communication skills.
