We are clear on what we stand for and our commitment to inclusivity anchors our behaviours.Job DescriptionAs our Content Manager, you will plan and deliver material across a variety of media, with a focus on private markets, to meet LGIM's commercial objectives. Along with a high level of creativity and intellectual curiosity, you'll need a deep understanding of and passion for, private markets, investment themes and products. As well as the ability to manage a wide range of internal stakeholders.What you'll be doing:Generating ideas for powerful content that can influence each stage of the client journey, in line with LGIM’s strategic objectives
  • Developing fresh ways to market content across different media, including blogs, long-form writing, presentations, podcasts and social channels.
  • Building productive relationships with LGIM’s investment professionals, colleagues in Distribution and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of LGIM’s products and solutions, with an emphasis on our real estate, infrastructure and private credit strategies, while monitoring macroeconomic developments and industry trends.
  • Developing and monitoring reach, engagement and success metrics, feeding the results into marketing strategy and the formulation of campaigns.
  • Contributing to a kind, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities, including the responsibility to produce and maintain clear, fair, and non-misleading marketing collateral and client-facing material. Additionally, ensure that divisional standards are upheld, and any concerns are promptly escalated to senior management for appropriate action.
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
  • You'll have a relevant BA/BSc degree.
  • A strong command of global financial markets and investment themes.
  • At least five years of writing experience at an asset manager, agency serving the investment industry or news outlet covering asset management.
  • Experience in editing and proof-reading text, and in creating compelling marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Experience of leveraging social media to promote content.
  • Fund reporting experience.
  • Experience in writing for blogs, hosting or producing podcasts and conducting video interviews.
