Location – NottinghamCompass Associates are currently seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to work for a well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards an Outstanding CQC located in Nottingham. The home specialises in Dementia care and has a requirement to ensure an exceptional level of care is delivered.The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a management background in either Residential or Nursing Homes have a good or above CQC report. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate and drive the staff team, network with the local community and external bodies, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard.
Requirements
- Registered Manager
- NVQ Level 5
- 3 Years Minimum Management Experience
- Excellent Understanding of CQC
- Dementia experience
The home is based in Nottingham and is commutable from Beeston, Derby, Stapleford, Loughborough, Mansfield and surrounding areas.Interview Process
