- Establish relationships with all aligned Sales teams
- Manage all services quoting requirements and collaborate with multiple teams as required
- Respond to services scoping and pricing requests
- Work in collaboration with cross functional teams to determine requirements, define level of effort, and agree deliverables
- Identify internal resources necessary to construct services solutions
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for services support
- Deliver services proposals and quotes to Account Teams and customers
- Ensure services recommendations are right sized based on scale and complexity
- Review all Sales pipeline sources to maximize attach of services
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- 2+ years experience of inside sales
- Good understanding of Services Lifecycles - Design Deploy Scale and Operate
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
- Solid organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, customers, and other departments
- Practical knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks Security Operating Platform
- Foundational knowledge of network security is desirable
