Location: Slough, Hybrid - regular office attendance required
Job Type: Full-time, 18 month fixed term contractInternally you'll be known as a Research Operations Lead working closely with colleagues across NFER to lead the definition and delivery of operational models involving participant recruitment and retention and primary quantitative data collection from pupils, schools and other educational settings.Typically, your work will involve large-scale evaluations of initiatives designed to improve educational outcomes and surveys of pupils, teachers or other stakeholders.You will be accountable for the delivery of the operational elements of the projects, supporting the delivery teams, troubleshooting and being a point of escalation.REQUIREMENTS
Ideally you'll have a background in participant recruitment and engagement and data collection exercises for large-scale evaluation projects and surveys. We are open to considering a variety of backgrounds - what you'll need is strong leadership and management skills, good project management experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and be comfortable translating quantitative research requirements into operational plans.WHY NFER?
