Based in our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will be joining our global Pricing & Trade team consisting of 8 highly skilled colleagues. We have various cultural and professional backgrounds and levels of seniority but share a common dedication and passion for our area of expertise.Together, we strive to achieve optimal pricing and growth for our innovative products by ensuring aligned global pricing strategies for the Coloplast product portfolio based on value arguments and commercial pricing analysis. In this role, you will play an important part in improving our strategic and operational pricing across the organisation, developing channel and customer-specific pricing, monitoring the price landscape and driving compliance.You will also be involved in country-specific projects in a supporting role collaborating with both local management and specifically the senior pricing manager responsible for the project. During such projects, travel days can be expected.Furthermore, some of your tasks could be to:
- Handle strategic pricing responsibility for new product development and mature portfolio for one of our main business areas including Chronic Care and Wound Care
- Facilitate our price approval process and implementation of global pricing strategies
- Monitor compliance with pricing policies and track price development
- Facilitate business case approvals
- Maintain pricing databases and systems and participate in the development of pricing solutions and tools
- Report KPIs to senior management in HQ and subsidiaries

- Are either newly educated with a master's degree in business, finance, controlling or equivalent or that you have 1-2 years of experience from a commercial/analytical role
- Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills as you are eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
- Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Enjoy using Excel as your daily analysis tool and are willing to learn and expand your skills
- Speak and write English fluently
