- Understand key internal clients, regularly engage with and build strong engagement with relevant stakeholders within the Marketing Area
- Support the business with RFP, negotiation, and e-auction to select vendors
- Support contract management processes and coordinate with procurement and legal teams as required
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors and anticipate and track agreements' expiration.
- Follow-up delivery of acquired goods & services and support good receipt
- Deploy a customer-centric engagement model with internal stakeholders to ensure the best level of cooperation and adherence to Farfetch policies & processes
- Work with FP&A to support budget processes including savings execution by analyzing various business data and financial information
- Assess financial stability and risk of potential vendors support vendor audit and ensure all vendor documents are compliant
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or Information Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of relevant procurement experience
- Basic Finance awareness of generic business processes (Finance, HR, Commercial, Purchase, Sales, Legal)
- Negotiation, Project Management, SRM skills
- Experience in working with multiple international stakeholders
- Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines
- Experience with Coupa will be a plus
