- Leads sourcing efforts beginning with spend analysis through contract execution Identifies and leads sourcing and procurement process improvements
- Applies and implements Strategic Sourcing best practices and processes Assesses opportunities, sets and executes commodity strategies
- Develops business case, cost/benefit analysis and benefit realization analyses
- Mitigate risks and capture opportunities (short and mid term) for key commodities.
- Develops synergies and optimize working process between internal business partners and Procurement.
- Analyzes, documents and presents complex category and commodity operational/financial data to stakeholders/executives
- Drafts and edits commercial documents (RFPs, RFQs, Contracts, Terms & Conditions, etc.)
- Coordinates and leads legal review/approval process for procurement/sourcing contracts/agreements Leads supplier evaluation and selection process
- Develops and deploys change management practices. Maintains database of contracts, supplier information for the country spend.
- Reviews and approves supplier management program strategies
- Plans and facilitates supplier performance reviews Manages Service Level Agreements with suppliers Identifies and leads process/continuous improvement efforts
- Monitors and measures supplier performance and compliance; identifies and recommends ways to resolve performance issues
- Manage Expense and Procurement performance.
- Monitor savings and Procurement KPIs.
- Performs other duties as assigned Vendors and internal cross functional Budgeting
- Able to communicate well with different levels
- Degree in any Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or any relevant study
- Have 7-12 years of working experiences in Procurement/Purchasing from MNC with experience as Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Negotiation and sourcing.
- Understands and applies commercial law concepts, contract terms and conditions and vendor management.
- Cross functional team work, cross cultural competency
- Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Possesses initiative, resourceful and proactive attitude.
