Merlin Day Academy is Eyas Landing's newest innovative program designed to provide education and therapeutic intervention in a supportive classroom environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide team lead duties and oversee the day to day management of staff within your department.Lead weekly department supervision and mentorship meetings.Responsible for serving as a liaison between staff within your department and scheduling team regarding individual therapist scheduling needs, and department productivity and as needed.Collaborate across locations with department leads to ensure consistency of program development and improve program outcomes.Collaborate with clinic director and human resources to complete annual performance reviews for therapists within department.Collaborate with clinic director and human resources to determine department hiring needs in order to recruit, interview and hire applicants as needed.Maintain a caseload of therapy groups, individual therapy sessions and daily case management tasks.Complete daily treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, initial and annual evaluations, plan of care documents to update goals and other documentation as needed within required time frame.Implement company curriculum and to theories of practice models supporting Merlin Day Academy's therapeutic model.Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.Collaborate with scheduling team to manage caseload requirements.Participate in required supervision meetings for first six months of employment and as needed per discretion of supervisor.RequirementsDoctorate or Masters in ABA related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Strong experience working with children or clients with special needs requiredLeadership or management experience preferred but not required (we mentor and support lead development)Birds of a feather...work together!Our comprehensive benefitsCompetitive salaryCompetitive Paid Time Off (PTO)401k with substantial company matchBlue Cross Blue Shield PPO medical insuranceDental and Vision insurance$25,000 Life Insurance policyTravel reimbursement for all offsite sessionsOn-site staff parking for therapists with off-site sessionsContinuing education reimbursement and professional development daysOur supportive, collaborative cultureIn-depth onboarding to set you up for successIndividualized mentorship focused on your unique goalsDepartment and all staff meetingsBirthday and Anniversary celebrationsBranded Company ApparelFundraising initiativesHoliday celebrationsAnd MORE!
