- Responsible for overall project management of all related tasks within the entire project lifecycle, formulate project plan and risk management plan
- Mainly responsible for the development of the company's internal financial and CRM system, and participate in the design and coding of the core system (in the area of communication and collaboration)
- Responsible for building high availability and scalability of services, and tackling key and difficult technologies
- Responsible for the development, optimization and bug fixing of various system functions of the backend server
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- 5 years working experience in backend development and at least 3 years of project management experience
- Solid experience in PHP is a plus
- Knowledge in .NET, or Java, familiar with common open-source frameworks, and have experience in two or more projects of development or optimization of the frameworks
- Proficient in MySQL database, proficient in SQL tuning and data structure design
- Familiar with Linux system, Linux Web development platform and tools, familiar with configuration optimization of Nginx server
- Familiar with HTML, Javascript, CSS and other frontend technologies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
