- Draft agreements, contracts and other legal documents and ensure they are aligned with the relevant legislations
- Provide professional legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that the legal and reputational risk faced are identified, reported and mitigated
- Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes
- Conduct legal research on various matters and proactively identify legal risks
- Advise the Company on potential legal risks
- Review any new applicable laws and regulations, and advise how these are affecting the companys operations
- Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company
- Advise on employment labour law and other legal matters, involving head office as well as global offices
- Providing guidance and training to staff and management on legal and other related matters
- Assisting with general and varied queries affecting the business
- Conduct periodic audits on matters relating to regulatory and employment frameworks
- Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
- Report on department activities and performance to the operations manager
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the Forex/ Trading industry
- CySEC Advanced certification and CySEC AML certification will be considered an advantage
- Ability to use independent judgement
- Detailed knowledge of laws and regulations affecting business operations
- Ability to interpret and advice on the application of various laws
- Native/ Fluent in English and Greek is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong critical & logical thinking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Already based in Cyprus - EU citizenship is a must
- Salary depends on experience: 48K - 60K EUR Gross/ Year
