HR Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience handling HR duties in a management position.
• Work independently and multi-task with excellent knowledge of employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can develop strong relationships.
• Creative problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for details.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file
• Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report to Management
• Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso, Eis, HRD and Income Tax
• Create job posting and advertisement on different reliable job sites
• Employee entry procedures, signing, renewal and management of employee labor contracts
• To sharing HR information during new staff orientation.
• Establish/update and maintain employee database and records to ensure the data in the system is up-to-date
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or Management
