,[Support ZF’s constantly growing base of Citizen Developers in the business departments with their requests for support or information during development or operation of their solutions (first and second level support);, Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues with Citizen Developers in their solutions, e.g. developed on MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Automate Desktop, Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder, etc.) incl. documentation (ticket system/ knowledge base articles) and in future other IT self-service, Ensure proper routing of specific requests to other relevant IT teams, e.g. for training, coaching, ideation workshops or provide how-to guides and predefined governance rules] Requirements: Degree, PowerBI, Low code Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, International projects.
