We've got what you're looking for.Job Description:Senior Sourcing Specialist - Critical InfrastructureParsons has a need for an additional Senior Sourcing Specialist. Our Sourcing Team sources candidates for both domestic and international positions. We partner with Hiring Managers, Staffing Managers and Talent Management to hire world class talent on a wide range of positions. We handle it all; Executive, technical, project management, general management, rapid start deployments, and contingent hiring.Our Senior Sourcers partner with Executive Recruiters and recruiters to generate and screen candidates. Working with a full suite of search tools, our Sourcers post, mine, network and direct source passive candidates. As potential candidates are identified the Sourcers conduct initial phone screens, passing qualified candidates on to their recruiter partners. Working with our Recruiters and our in-house Executive Search team the successful candidate will work on the hardest to fill positions in our company. Your research skills will be put to use to help hiring managers select candidates and help recruiters solve problems. Parsons' Sourcing Specialists are agile and innovative recruiting sourcers who enjoy advising and collaborating with colleagues in the Recruiting teams and markets.This role is full remote and can be based anywhere in the US.What You'll Be DoingSupports Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers in sourcing, pre-qualifying and referring suitable candidates.Provides sourcing assistance to large-volume recruitment projects, domestic and international.Design and implements sourcing strategies.Ensures standardized recruitment marketing.Develops Marketplace data to assist Recruiters and Hiring Managers make selection decisions and solve recruiting problems.Upload potential candidates to our CRM and maintain applicant data into the Workday ATS through Recruiter hand-off.Ensure all pipelines and sources of candidates have been engaged (i.e. employee referrals, military veteran hiring, early career hiring, internal candidates).More About the RoleIdentifies, contacts and screens candidates for assigned positions.Maintain Sourcing Spreadsheets and submit to Sourcing Manager / Recruiters on a weekly basis.Maintain and expand contacts in LinkedInKeeps abreast of new developments in Sourcing, including new practices and industry trends.Provides market intelligence to Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Managers.What Required Skills You'll Bring4-year Degree (or equivalent experience)8 + years' experience within any of the following recruiting functions: Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiting, Corporate Sourcing, Third-Party or in house Executive SearchExperience working in transportation engineering and infrastructure marketsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential (Workday preferred).What Desired Skills you'll BringPreferred experience in one or more of the following markets: roadway design, bridge design, construction, rail/transit systems, water/wastewater and aviationProject management experienceExperience in Engineering, Construction, Program Management or related field is preferredLinkedIn Recruiter certification a plusMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.We're driving the future of the national security and critical infrastructure markets.
