- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of consulting best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Arabic Proficiency is a must
