Overview We have a role for a Finance Business Partner - Analyst to support-day to-day Finance operations for Annalect India. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible to perform resource/ HC reconciliations between Governance team records and payroll records. Responsible to reconcile new joiner's payroll details every month with governance team records. Need to closely work with Governance team to ensure correctness of tagging of resources in allocation master. Responsible to keep track of changes in allocation master, of resources/ HC. Follow-up and work closely with respective Business Unit's lead to resolve queries and discrepancy identified in reconciliations. Follow-up with the governance and accounting team to ensure that all the reports are received on timely basis. Assist Finance Partner in preparing monthly billing files to be shared with respective agencies. Reconciling billing file with respective month forecast amount to ensure correctness. Reconcile and maintain record of invoicing done on monthly basis with invoicing team. Actively involved in Ad-hoc projects. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in Finance planning and Analysis. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new accounting software. Advanced Excel skills are required including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups and conditional formulas. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Media Ocean, and Hyperion experience is a plus. Aptitude be proactive, good listener, a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively within and outside Finance department. Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
