  • Compares system-generated reports with actual cash balance reports of assigned stores, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conducts thorough checks of the actual count of the stores transaction documents against system count per generated reports.
  • Performs vouching of transaction machine validation against transaction details, ensuring all transactions are accurate and valid.
  • Emails mis-posted, transactions, and other exception items to the Stores and AOO for proper disposition, ensuring effective communication and prompt correction of discrepancies.
  • Executes proper filing protocols for all transaction documents, maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Submits exceptions noted within the prescribed Turn Around Time (TAT) to Service Managers and AOO per Store, ensuring timely communication and action for exceptions.
  • Coordinates and submits outstanding monthly exceptions noted per Cluster to the Branch Support Department for aging/rating and dissemination to designated RBG Heads.
  • Diligently counterchecks regularized transaction documents against exceptions noted and files accordingly.
  • Manages and handles the outward clearing of checks in CICs, ensuring accurate and secure handling of checks for clearing processes.
What were looking for
  • Must be a College Graduate, preferably in a business-related course.
  • Prior experience in bank operations is required.
  • Must possess strong communication skills to effectively convey information and discrepancies.
  • Should be a team player, capable of working collaboratively with various departments.
  • A willingness to learn new bank processes and procedures is essential.
  • Must be attentive to details, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all transactions and documents handled.
