WORK MODE On-Site Duties And Responsibilities Handle all incoming contacts from customers (drivers, accommodation hosts or guests) through various channels (phone, email and chat) Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues Act as a key focal point for our leading partners by answering basic questions and general enquiries, cancellations and amendments Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners Requirements Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
