  • Develop and implement a cohesive global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the recruitment strategy for executive-level positions, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and goals.
  • Oversight of Recruitment Activity: Provide guidance, monitor, and oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
  • Oversee employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice on a global scale.
  • Lead global recruitment campaigns, optimizing for efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.
  • Establish and standardize talent acquisition and workforce planning processes across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs, ensuring the timely filling of roles with the right talent.
Adhering to international standards, flexible working environment and culture|Leadership role on a global scale
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership role on a global scale.
  • Global experience.
  • Workforce planning experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English.
