Description of WorkNebraska Public Media is looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Communications team. The ideal candidate has experience with digital marketing techniques targeting specific audiences through digital platforms and the ability to read and understand digital analytics to improve performance of marketing. Must be creative, able to work independently and alongside our team to brainstorm inventive ways to promote our station. The ideal candidate also has experience writing for and editing publications and news releases and copywriting for various types of ads in print, online, on radio, and on television. Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or advertising plus three years of communications, marketing, public relations, and/or advertising experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Excellent writing, editing, and communication/interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning skills and techniques.
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of media industry. Relationship-based service/marketing experience. Audio and video production and project management skills. Experience with software-based video mixing (vMix, Wirecast, OBS, or others). Basic skills in video and audio editing/animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, or others).
