Salary: £29000-£34000+ Sales BonusWe are recruiting a Senior Costing Estimator for one of our engineering clients based in Oldham.They are a sheet metal engineering subcontractor with electrical and mechanical assembly facilities.
They operate from a 120,000 sq ft state of the art factory and are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team, someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and likes to be challenged.
This is a permanent role.Key Responsibilities/ Qualifications & Experience of the Costing Estimator:1. 10 years Sheet-metal Experience
2. Enthusiastic, Confident and Commercially Aware
3. Excellent People Skills
4. Computer ProficientRole:
Liaise with all customers to discuss their needs for quotations and new orders.
To collate and send the quotations, record the findings, and negotiate costs if needed.
To plan a detailed Work Instructions for the manufacture of painted sheet metal components.The position is a full time, permanent role offering a package of £29000-£34000+ Sales Bonus, with flexible working hours, pension contributions and 33 days holiday.LMIND
