The Human Resource Assistant will provide support on daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and staff, pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.RequisitosBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Bilingual: English and Spanish required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
