As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Oldham, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.Your responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support: Aiding the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.Individualized Support: Offering one-on-one or small group support to students with varying educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential.Behaviour Management: Assisting in maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies.Resource Preparation: Preparing and organizing teaching materials, helping to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment.Assessment Support: Assisting with the assessment and tracking of student progress, helping to identify areas where additional support may be needed.Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Communicating with parents and teachers, attending meetings, and contributing to the overall educational experience.To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms in a primary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to the welfare and educational progress of children.
A positive and proactive attitude.
