The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences to locals and visitors daily. Passionate about driving successful outcome you will be responsible for:
Managing all aspect of the station, including people, inventory and customer service
Driving sales and building the name within the community
When necessary, hiring new team members
Maintain stock levels and shelf displays
Ensure compliance is followed at all times
Be an advocate for safety at all times and never cut corners
Ensure all equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues
About you:
Experience leading people in a sales environment
Ability to coach and develop strong teams
Able to manage competing priorities
Analytical with financials and tracking budgets
Driven for positive outcomes
Experience with business plans, both creating and interpreting
Deliver high standards of work and understand the importance of safety
