- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Execute project work related to system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
- Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Work closely with consultants from other modules to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Contribute to the provisioning and maintenance of user access and security roles.
- Post-secondary education in support of computer technology or related field.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management (desired).
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in the energy sector, is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
