Intermediate/Senior SAP Functional Consultant (SuccessFactors)Location: Remote (Canada-wide)Our client is a Provincial Crown Corporation operating in the energy sector, committed to delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions. As they continue to innovate and evolve, we are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team remotely.Position Overview: We are looking for an Intermediate/Senior SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors modules to provide day-to-day support, enhancements, and project work for our client’s HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of modules including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Execute project work related to system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with consultants from other modules to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Contribute to the provisioning and maintenance of user access and security roles.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in support of computer technology or related field.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management (desired).
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in the energy sector, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Experience:Hands on 10 years working experience in in the following SAP Success Factors modules :
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • ONB (Onboarding)
  • RCM (Recruiting)
  • RMK (Recruiting Marketing)
  • GM (Goal Management)
  • PM (Performance Management)
  • LMS (Learning Management)
