- Sell high value sponsorship and marketing solutions to new and existing blue chip clients.
- Converse and negotiating confidently and successfully with senior decision makers over the phone and face to face.
- Work with the wider events team to launch exciting new projects and formats
- Research new prospects, follow-up on leads and data shared by the marketing and content team and utilise the database to identify lapsed clients.
- Manage your sales pipeline and keep the database updated.
- Meet agreed targets for your events.
- Attend your events, competitor events and client meetings - travel is required.
- Graduate with 1+ years of b2b sales experience for example; Sponsorship, media Sales, Recruitment, IT solutions sales.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English language (spoken & written)
- An excellent communicator who is confident talking and presenting to peers and senior decision makers over the phone and in-person. Ability to make connections and engage with clients.
- Persuade and influence decision makers
