Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in which you can define, manage and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.Start Date: September 2024Location : PragueWhat you’ll do :During the two-year HPE Graduate Program, you will :
  • You will support data and business analysis to develop business plans.
  • You will support the development of statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting.
  • You will measure business performance and compare actual data to forecasted values.
  • You will execute market research projects and gather intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process.
What you’ll need:
  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024 with a focus in business, management, marketing, economics or related degree
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
  • You have knowledge of research and project management methodologies
  • You are an analytical thinker with technical analysis and data manipulation skills
  • You are highly proficient in Excel, Access, Power Bi statistical analysis and financial modelling
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
