- Be responsible for sales quality review including the review of sales documents, dual recording, Wechat Enterprise and etc. to ensure the sales process follows the internal and external policies
- To ensure the sales quality review process meets the internal and external requirements
- Delivery of report and analysis, ensure the accuracy of relevant record and data sales of quality review
- Providing supporting on system development and/or enhancement if necessary, e.g. dual recording system, issue report system, SCRM and etc.
- To design, set up and implement the sales quality management function
- Delivery fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently.
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable Must be a team player.
- Strong Microsoft application knowledge.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and engage the senior management to discuss key risks/mitigations, business impact, recommendations and next steps
