- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
- Analyse business requirements and prioritise them, while considering the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
- Establish and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation for medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Drive and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring that information is disseminated accurately and efficiently.
- Apply data analysis and design techniques to establish, modify, or maintain data structures and associated components.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of business process improvements, including exploring new technologies and automation.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and trends, with experience in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and an aptitude for understanding and adapting to new systems.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated expertise in process design, with a clear understanding of complex business processes.
- Ability to challenge and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strong documentation skills, including the creation of process documents, guides, and onboarding materials.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems is desirable.
