Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the aviation sector.
Assist clients with inquiries related to bookings, flights, and travel arrangements.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the aviation team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Stay updated on aviation regulations, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Support various administrative tasks as required by the Aviation Department.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
