Property Renovation Coordinator

• Collaborate with designers, builders, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of property projects.
• Lead a thorough 300-step onboarding process with precision and efficiency at the forefront.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors to maintain exceptional standards.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating quick decision-making and fluent English communication.
• Manage and support your team to complete tasks promptly and to the highest standards.
• Oversee property preparations, including furniture setup and logistics, to ensure timely project completion.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the onboarding process.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm GMT

• Previous experience in property management or project management is advantageous.
• Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
• Detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
